The Flyers trimmed four players from their roster Thursday, including speedy center Morgan Frost, who was a first-round selection (27th overall) in the June draft.
All four players will report to their respective junior teams in the Ontario Hockey League, where they will face each other.
The Flyers have 57 players heading into their veteran training camp, which opens Friday in Voorhees, N.J. at 9:45 a.m. They will probably carry 23 players this season.
The camp is free and open to the public.
