It’s been a weird few days around here (a weird year, if we’re honest), and if we were hoping for a bit of good news, well, it’s here! The Flyers just announced that they’ve signed 2019 first round pick defenseman Cam York to a three year entry level contract, which begins this season.
York is coming off of a really solid sophomore season with the University of Michigan, which saw him total four goals and 16 assists in 24 games, and earned himself Defenseman of the Year honors from the Big Ten. He posted really solid underlying numbers as well, posting a 64.
