In light of the news regarding Travis Konecny — as well as Joel Farabee’s — absence due to his wisdom teeth getting removed, the Flyers have made yet another call up and will be giving another prospect an NHL debut possibly:
Kase, now 22 years old, had played in both the SHL (Sweden’s top division) and the Extraliga, the top division in his native Czech Republic, before joining the Lehigh Valley Phantoms in 2018-19. He scored 23 points in 40 games during his first season in North America, and has 6 points (3 goals and 3 assists) in 21 games this current season in the AHL.
