Philadelphia Flyers prospect Tyson Foerster suffered a very scary injury that forced him to exit the game early in the Lehigh Valley Phantoms’ season opener on Saturday night. The 19-year-old forward was down on the ice for several minutes before Phantoms medical staff assisted the young prospect off the ice.

The injury occurred with just over three minutes left in the third period when a player from the Hershey Bears appeared to lose his balance on the ice.
