Flyers make line changes, seeking a spark

ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Flyers, their playoff hopes hanging by a thread, will have a new-look lineup when they face Minnesota on Thursday night.

Coach Dave Hakstol changed three of the four lines at Wednesday's practice at the Xcel Energy Center.

"We're just looking to inject a little bit more into our lineup for a real tough road game," Hakstol said.

Claude Giroux, who had been on a unit with Jordan Weal and Wayne Simmonds, will center Matt Read and Jake Voracek on Thursday.

"I don't think I've ever played with them at the same time," Read said after practice.
