Will Jordan Weal return to his roots in Vancouver or re-sign with the Flyers?
The Canucks and Flyers are among the dozen teams that have shown interest in the 25-year-old winger, who was impressive in a late-season stint with Philadelphia last season. Weal visited Vancouver on Wednesday, and traveled Thursday to Boston, where he lives and trains in the off-season.
“I plan to review everything with him today,” J.P. Barry, Weal’s agent, said Wednesday morning.
Barry said the Flyers were a finalist. Last week, they were at the top of his list. The free-agency period starts Saturday.
