RON HEXTALL swallowed hard before the words dribbled out of his mouth.
Craig Berube is still the head coach of the Philadelphia Flyers, but Hextall isn't sure for how much longer.
The Flyers were eliminated from the Stanley Cup playoffs 19 days ago, but Hextall said that wasn't enough time.
"The wait is that I'm going to be methodical," Hextall said. "I want to make the right decision. I'm not going to make a quick decision to appease people, or to follow along like it's going like it's supposed to be done.
