The Philadelphia Flyers returned home to the Wells Fargo Center on Tuesday night with the goal of getting back on track and breaking a three game losing streak after a disastrous road trip. The orange and black accomplished this goal, improving their home record to 11-2-4 (.765) with a 4-1 win over the Anaheim Ducks.
Carter Hart was spectacular, making a season high 40 saves (had two 40-save, and two 41-save games last season) to secure the win, stopping his own personal losing skid at two. Hart was 0-2-0, .885 in two starts plus a third period relief appearance on the trip, but was once again dominant at home.
