The Philadelphia Flyers suffered their first regulation loss on Saturday against the Florida Panthers but the punishment didn’t just stop on the score sheet. Winger Nicolas Aube-Kubel has been fined $2,687.50 by the NHL’s Department of Player Safety for kneeing Panthers forward Mason Marchment.

The incident, which occurred just a few minutes into the third period resulted in the Flyers player getting a two-minute minor for tripping as well.
