The Eagles placed Nolan Carroll on Injured Reserve on Friday after the cornerback suffered a broken ankle in the Thanksgiving loss to Detroit. To take Carroll's place on the active roster, the team welcomed back former fourth-round pick Jaylen Watkins, who was signed off of Buffalo's practice squad.
