Former Eagle Jon Dorenbos stopped by The Ellen Show earlier this week, where he discussed his recent open-heart surgery and the condition that led to his surgery after being traded to the New Orleans Saints.
An 11 year Eagles veteran, Dorenbos was traded to the Saints this past summer, which lead doctors to discover signs of an aortic aneurysm that required immediate surgery. The condition also forced Dorenbos to retire from football.
The ex-Eagle underwent the emergency procedure here in Philadelphia at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania to correct the issue.
