The Eagles were back to work on Monday as the prepare for their first preseason game on Friday night. Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio spoke to reporters and talked a bit about his gameday operation for the defense, and gave some honest insight into the linebacker group right now, and their development.
He said that Nick Sirianni hasn’t made the final decision yet, but Fangio does support players getting some preseason snaps. He explained that even some of the best players he’s ever been around didn’t want their first snaps of the year to come in Week 1.
