Remember these guys?
Two former Philadelphia Eagles players have been released by their new teams in recent days.
The most notable name is former Eagles cornerback Bradley Fletcher. The New England Patriots released the much-maligned defensive back on Saturday, according to the NFL's official transaction page. Fletcher appeared in just two games with the Patriots this season. In 68 snaps played, Fletcher was targeted nine times and allowed eight receptions for 129 yards (16.1 average) and one touchdown.
Fletcher's struggles obviously come as no surprise to Eagles fans. Fletcher was a big reason why Philadelphia's defense collapsed down the stretch in 2014.
