Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and current CBS color analyst Tony Romo has earned a lot of praise for his commentary skills in his first season on the job.

During the Bills vs. Jets game on Thursday, Romo said something about the late, great Jim Johnson that Philadelphia Eagles fans will surely appreciate.

Romo: “Oh my gosh. I used to go against Jim Johnson. He’s probably, to me, the best defensive coordinator I’ve ever gone against.”

The subject of Johnson obviously came up since his pupil, Sean McDermott, is now the head coach of the Buffalo Bills.
