For Corey Clement, year number one in the NFL couldn’t have begun with more frustration or ended with more jubilation. After going undrafted in 2017’s draft, the Philadelphia Eagles signed the Glassboro, New Jersey native on May 11th of that same season, and the former Wisconsin Badgers standout worked his way onto the active roster.
Year one had a storybook ending as Clement stepped in for an injured Darren Sproles and became an integral part of the Eagles’ backfield rotation. He finished the regular season with 74 carries for 321 yards and four touchdowns.
