When the Eagles acquired quarterback Sam Bradford on March 10, the prevailing thought at the time was that the Eagles had just traded for their new starting quarterback.
Now that the Phase 2 portion of the Offseason Conditioning Program is underway at the NovaCare Complex, Bradford will be in position to earn the starting job once he fully recovers from his ACL injury. In the meantime, Mark Sanchez is relishing every opportunity to change the coaches' minds. In fact, he "absolutely" believes that the Eagles' quarterback job is an open competition.
"I started to feel real comfortable and I felt like to be honest, personally, there's some unfinished business we left out there," Sanchez said in an interview with Comcast SportsNet regarding the end of last season.
