INDIANAPOLIS -- Regardless of how the Sam Bradford saga turns out, it’s a virtual certainty that the Eagles will select a quarterback at some point in the April 28-30 draft.
Not including Bradford, they have just two quarterbacks on their roster: Mark Sanchez and McLeod Bethel-Thompson.
“I think you have to look hard at drafting a quarterback,’’ coach Doug Pederson told reporters this week at the NFL scouting combine.
“I’m a big believer that you need to bring guys in and keep the (quarterback) pipeline coming and you need to consider drafting one whether you need one in the first, second or third round, or the six, seventh or free agency.
