The speculation about the Eagles drafting a quarterback in the first round is not concerning Sam Bradford.
“I learned a long time ago to stay away from that kind of stuff,” Bradford said Tuesday. “It’s not the first time I’ve gone through a situation like this. I think I learned a long time ago not to worry about anything I can’t control.”
When asked if he has spoken to the team’s higher-ups about the possibility, Bradford said he has not. He added “that’s a little above my pay grade.”
Literally, that’s incorrect – Bradford has a two-year, $35 million deal with the team.
