Philadelphia Eagles outside linebacker Jordan Hicks, the team's third-round pick in 2015, has been a pleasant surprise at the position despite the log jam of talent that was in front of him.
However, injuries thrust Hicks into more playing time and now he's making it very hard on the coaching staff to take him out of the rotation once the veterans Mychal Kendricks and Kiko Alonso return.
"When I think back, think back to when I'm first thrown in there, initially I'm thinking I'm special teams, put my focus there, make sure I'm ready for the game but understand the role that I'm going to be in," Hicks said, via MCall.
