Late last year, singer Cassie and rapper Diddy reportedly split up over a fictional affair touted by a serial online impersonator using the name Seriya Gebru. Now, it appears that Eagles linebacker Mychal Kendricks may have also been fooled by the same person in connection with a purported music video shoot.
In a report from Buzzfeed published Tuesday, scribe Katie Notopoulos lays out the alleged catfisher’s exploits, which run the gamut from destroying Diddy’s relationship as Seriya Gebru, to passing off old Jessica Simpson tracks as her own on iTunes under the name Lucia Cole.
