The Eagles are continuing to fill out their staff as now they have hired Dennard Wilson of the NY Jets to be their secondary coach. Wilson will be making the lateral move. The coach may have been on his way out due to the new Jets’ regime wanting someone else. Still, though, Wilson’s resume speaks for itself. He’s helped a lot of talent along the way, including veteran Eagles’ Safety Rodney McLeod.
Wilson continues to add to the trend of youth. The former secondary coach/passing game coordinator will be a mere 39 in March.
