In Chip Kelly’s first year with full control over personnel, he has dramatically changed the Eagles’ roster. A lot of new players are here with many expected to play prominent roles.
The big question is whether all these new players can gel together and develop the chemistry needed that translates to on-field success. Adding several players via free agency that are expected to start doesn’t usually end very well, at least not in the first season.
However, I don’t view this in the same light as the Eagles’ infamous Dream Team season nor do I see it as an old Redskin-esque type of offseason.
