Perception isn’t always reality, but in the case of Rueben Randle, it’s hard to tell if we’re dealing with the former or the latter. Whether fact or fiction, Randle is viewed by many as an underachieving receiver for the New York Giants that they saw no value in re-signing after his first four years with the team.
The Philadelphia Eagles signed Randle to a one year deal in the off-season, and some of the hope was that he could serve as a red zone option for Sam Bradford.
