It’s a familiar yet frustrating topic if you’re a Philadelphia Eagles fan.
Last season, former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker, special-teams ace, and now radio show host Ike Reese coined the phrase ‘Carson Wentz and the kids’ as ’11’ led Philly on a late-season charge to give this proud franchise the NFC East’s crown and a Wild Card playoff berth.
In 2020, the injuries have come more frequently (and earlier). Each game after Week 1’s disappointing loss to a team that doesn’t even have a nickname has seemingly been a must-win game, and if fans were allowed at Lincoln Financial Field, a program would have to be bought prior to every home game as fans continue to have to refamiliarize themselves with who plays for this team.
