What else could possibly happen during the course of this young NFL season? It’s been four weeks, and the Philadelphia Eagles have already touched every human emotion that we’re familiar with.
They’ve frightened their fans, frustrated them, and made them angry. They may not have brought them to tears, but one would have to imagine that, in Week 3 versus the Detroit Lions, fans were close. There may have been a game in recent memory where the Eagles played worse than they did in that one, but if it is, it’s hard to remember.
