Philadelphia Eagles to work out Trace McSorley at their Pro Day, per report

It appears Philadelphia Eagles chairman and CEO Jeffrey Lurie might get his wish. According to a report by NFL Insider and SiriusXM radio host Adam Caplan, ‘The Birds’ plan to host former Penn State Nittany Lions quarterback Trace McSorley at their Pro Day for a workout.

If you remember, they also met with him at the most recent NFL Scouting Combine.

Lurie stated, not long ago, that his suggestion was that the Eagles should draft a quarterback in every NFL Draft. Though that may actually veer towards the area of slightly unnecessary, it appears Joe Douglas, Howie Roseman and company may have the boss’ wishes in mind this time around.
