It’s hard for some of us to remember this sometimes, especially when it’s our occupation to cover the game we love, but life is truly about other things than football. Many of the athletes we cheer for remind us that there are other reasons to cheer for them outside of the work they do on the gridiron. Look no further than Philadelphia Eagles tight end Zach Ertz.
On March 8th, he’ll be awarded with the 2019 Steinberg DeNicola Humanitarian Award. That will be presented to him by the Maxwell Football Club.
