After waiting months for NFL football to return, we’re finally here! It’s been a long time coming, but now we don’t have to wait any longer. The Philadelphia Eagles are set to begin their season on Sunday afternoon with a 1 pm start at Lincoln Financial Field.
For the first time this year, we will see the Eagles implement all of their starters on the field at once. As we know, the Eagles weren’t reluctant to play their key players at all during the summertime. Typically, starters get a few series in the first two preseason matchups, then play for about three quarters in week three as a ‘dress rehearsal’ game.
