Add another one-year deal into the mix for the Philadelphia Eagles. As expected, the Eagles will take on another safety this season. With Corey Graham most likely ready to retire this offseason, and not returning, and Chris Maragos let loose last month, the Eagles needed a temporary safety to rotate in and out this year. So they decided to ink former Minnesota Vikings veteran, Andrew Sendejo to a one-year deal.
The signing of Sendejo isn’t the end all, be all for the Eagles at the safety position. Although Sendejo has plenty of experience, the Eagles still need a substantial competition for the third safety, as they frequently rotate them in and out.
