Going into the 2019 NFL Offseason, the Philadelphia Eagles didn’t have too many immediate needs. Regardless of what needed to happen though, Howie Roseman stuck to the script and only signed guys for a bargain, while making trades as well. While they seemed to focus on the backfield this offseason, many were getting frustrated with the Eagles’ idea to neglect the inside linebacker position. After allowing Jordan Hicks to walk and sign with the Arizona Cardinals, there was hope that maybe Philly would land a linebacker in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Well, the draft came and went last week, as the Eagles brought in five new prospects via selection.
