Philadelphia Eagles Sign Punter Ryan Quigley To One-Year Deal

The Philadelphia Eagles have signed me, Ryan Quigley to a one-year deal, the team announced Monday.

Okay, spoiler alert, but that’s not actually me. That’s the other Ryan Quigley who’s actually good at things.

Quigley was drafted by the Chicago Bears out of Boston College in 2012, but was unable to land a starting job. He signed with the New York Jets the following year and was the Jets starting punter for the last three seasons.

The Eagles already have a solid punter in Donnie Jones, but Quigley is 10 years younger and has established himself as a competent placekicker as well.
