The Philadelphia Eagles have made their way to New Jersey. One final game remains, but if you’ve been paying attention, one of the last things you’re going to do is refer to Philly’s fourth preseason game as ‘unimportant or meaningless’. Just ask defensive ends Josh Sweat and Daeshon Hall.
There are a few more evaluations for Philly to make, and one of those could play a valuable part in determining the Eagles’ success in 2019.
The Eagles are going to need staunch play from the defensive end position, and seeing as how Philly’s going to see some of the best quarterbacks the game has ever produced in the regular season (Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, and Russell Wilson for instance), a fluid pass rush could earn them an extra win or two.
