The Philadelphia Eagles have had their fair share of cornerback issues in recent years, but newly acquired Darius Slay will hold down the top spot on the outside. After Slay, however, the depth chart is foggy. It’s unclear who will start on the opposite side, and it’s especially unclear who will win the nickel corner job.
The Eagles, to the surprise of some, signed former Los Angeles Rams standout and veteran slot corner Nickell Robey-Coleman on March 25th to bolster the position. The Eagles also have fan-favorite Cre’Von LeBlanc, Avonte Maddox, and even Sidney Jones as options in the slot.
