The Eagles announced their first round of cuts.
The Philadelphia Eagles released a number of players to trim their roster down to 78. The team still needs to make three more moves to reach the 75-man limit in advance of the 4:00 PM EST deadline on Tuesday, Sept. 1.
None of these cuts come as a major surprise. The two most notable ones involve G.J. Kinne and Kevin Graf.
Kinne spent the last two seasons on Philadelphia's practice squad after originally signing with the team in 2013. Kinne made the transition to wide receiver this offseason after previously playing at quarterback.
