We’re officially halfway through the 2019 NFL Season. The Philadelphia Eagles are still relevant within the NFC Playoff conversation, but they aren’t exactly where they want to be. Heading into the season, the Eagles were viewed as Super Bowl favorites.
After playing in eight games, they are a middle of the pack, .500 team with four wins and four losses. The good news is that the Eagles recently defeated a winning team on the road convincingly to help their record even out.
The bad news is that all of the Eagles losses happened to be against NFC opponents, which doesn’t really help the team out when it comes to the tiebreaker for a wild card spot.
