They’ll be a lot of shuffling in the Philadelphia Eagles organization as familiar faces settle into new roles. Now, in addition to that, the franchise said goodbye to one of their mainstays. Chris Peduzzi, Philly’s head athletic trainer, announced on Tuesday that he would step down from his role with the team.
He had spent 19 seasons with the team after joining them in 1999 as an assistant athletic trainer and worked with three coaches. He had been the team’s head athletic trainer since 2013.
Here’s his official statement.
It has been an honor and a blessing to be part of this organization for the past 19 seasons.
