Technically, this guy was never really on the Philadelphia Eagles‘ coaching wish list anyway, but he probably should have been. The Cleveland Browns have officially hired Hue Jackson. Meanwhile, Tom Coughlin is a pipe dream and the Eagles are in limbo between hiring Doug Pederson or Pat Shumur.
What a time to be alive.
I was outwardly supportive of Hue Jackson as Chip Kelly’s replacement. With 14 years of coaching experience at the professional level and a magnetic, enjoyable personality, he was an attractive candidate to several franchises looking for a new head honcho.
