Saturday might have been Josh Huff’s last chance to prove himself. The Philadelphia Eagles needed to make roster cuts, and Huff seemed to be a the cusp of being one of the cuts. With Saturday’s performance, Huff’s big performance may have saved his roster spot.
Huff caught two passes for 60 yards and had a nine-yard touchdown run. The Eagles found ways to put the ball in his hands, and he made plays. He looked great and was the offensive spark the Eagles needed.
Yesterday, Eagles released wide receivers Chris Givens and Rueben Randle.
