Philadelphia Eagles Head Coach Chip Kelly is renowned as an offensive innovator.
Heading into the 2015 season, it may well be the other side of the game that is the biggest marker of how Kelly has transformed the roster. The defense was crucial as the Eagles slipped from playoff contention in dramatic style last year. Big plays were given up by cornerbacks Bradley Fletcher and Cary Williams, neither of whom remain on the Philadelphia Eagles’ roster.
During the offseason, Chip Kelly has rebuilt the secondary. Several new players have arrived to compete for the starting safety spot alongside Malcolm Jenkins.
