We’ve come a long way from the roar we all heard when the Philadelphia Eagles made a preseason trade in 2017 and Ronald Darby, playing in a game versus the team the Eagles acquired him from, made an interception and an adrenaline infusing return. We all thought, at that point, that Darby, working in Jim Schwartz‘s scheme could be special.
That was on August 17th of 2017 versus the Buffalo Bills. Ironically, Jordan Matthews, who we’ve all spent some time talking about recently was on that team. If you’ll remember, it was Matthews who the Eagles sent to Buffalo for Darby’s services.
