The Philadelphia Eagles may have a solution to their offensive line troubles if Lane Johnson misses a considerable amount of time due to his second PED violation.
Will Beatty, former tackle of the New York Giants, has been in contact with the Eagles, per reports, and could sign with the team if Johnson’s suspension is indeed enforced.
Signing Beatty would make sense for the Eagles. The Eagles’ offensive line was a mess in its first preseason game, which, not-so-coincidentally, Johnson did not participate in.
In Johnson’s place was Dennis Kelly, who was a complete disaster in pass protection.
