To the casual fan, including most of the Philadelphia Eagles fan base, it may seem like Andy Reid took 21 years to fully-cement his legacy as one of the league’s greatest head coaches after finally winning the Super Bowl this past February.
But even without the Kansas City Chiefs 31-20 victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl 54, Reid’s legacy as an offensive maestro already left a massive impression in the NFL.
Just months after the first Super Bowl victory for the Chiefs in 50 years, no team seems to emulating the Kansas City methodology more than the Eagles, where Reid was the head coach from 1999-2012.
