NFL training camp is here, and the Philadelphia Eagles are already one week in. Just when you think the Birds are settled on who they have working out at the Nova Care Complex, they go and make another signing. Now, typically some of the more unknown players would get signed or released this far into camp. But the Eagles made more of a significant signing on Friday.
To fill a spot on the 90-man roster, the Eagles snagged another veteran safety via free agency in Johnathan Cyprien. The former Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans safety hasn’t played since the 2017 season.
