Jason Peters didn’t practice again Thursday as he continues to recover from the back spasms that KO’d him 14 snaps into the Eagles’ 27-16 Week 7 loss to Carolina.
Typically, when a player is unable to practice on a Thursday before a Sunday game, it’s not a good omen. But the Eagles’ seven-time Pro Bowler isn’t your typical player.
He has a Lazarus-like knack for getting up off his death bed and playing. So don’t count him out quite yet for Sunday night in Dallas.
That said, the Eagles are making contingency plans in case he can’t play.
