Because it came on a day when the Eagles lost badly in Cincinnati, not a whole lot of people paid attention to Paul Turner's six catches for 80 yards, his first NFL receptions in his true Welcome-to-the-NFL moment. Too bad, because his game was something to enjoy.
Maybe there was no real notice because Turner did what he had done in the preseason, when he led the NFL with 17 receptions, gaining 165 yards. Turner added an 80-yard punt return for a touchdown, but it wasn't enough to make the Eagles' 53-man roster when the regular season began.
