The Eagles were back on the practice field on Sunday after a day off, and head coach Nick Sirianni talked about what he saw at the team’s open practice, as well as explained the three aspects of toughness that they emphasize.

On Thursday’s open practice
Sirianni said that any time they can get over to the Linc, and get to work on the operations of a game day — including how communication between coaches will go — is helpful. They’ll look to simulate some of that at the NovaCare Complex this week, as well, heading into their first preseason game.
