1 - Philadelphia Eagles (Last Week: 1) - Since they rested their starters for most of the game in Week 17, I’m not going to move the Eagles down. But there’s obviously a lot of concern with this team. Nick Foles has been horrendous. The offense can’t convert a third down to save their life.
