The Atlanta Braves have released former Chiefs CB Sanders Commings, who has been trying to make it as a baseball player since walking away from the NFL.
I would like to thank my hometown @Braves for granting me an opportunity to chase my dreams. Classy organization with a great future.

The Braves gave him a $100,000 signing bonus this past February, but he was hitting just .154 for rookie-level Danville Braves at the time of his release.
Eagles
- According to Adam Caplan, the Eagles decided to give up on WR Dorial Green-Beckham in part because they are high on second-year WR Marcus Johnson, who had a really strong offseason, and rookie Mack Hollins.
