The NFL players' union said it will move ahead with its plan to file collusion charges against the Dallas Cowboys and Denver Broncos if wide receivers Dez Bryant and Demaryius Thomas are not signed to long-term contracts by Wednesday's 4 p.m. deadline for franchise players to do so, according to reports.
Also, reports say the union claims to have credible information that the two teams had conversations about the negotiations for the two players.
According to reports, Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones told Bryant during a recent conversation that he had spoken with Broncos GM John Elway about the negotiations, which the union says constitutes a violation of the CBA's anti-collusion rules.
