It's been a long time since there's been an update on the status of the sexual assault investigation involving Eagles wide receiver Nelson Agholor. The last update came in late June, when it was reported that the Philadelphia Police Department turned the case over to the District Attorney's office for review. Now we have several more updates, via several sources.
First, Mark Eckel of NJ.com reports that District Attorney Seth Williams is set to make his decision on Agholor and announce it tomorrow on Friday. Eckel's report has been refuted by Philadelphia magazine, however, which claims the District Attorney's office told them there will be no announcement on Friday.
